This is exciting to me!! My very first post on our very own blog!! Hopefully, the beginning of a whole new system of communication and journal keeping. With Ronnie in Sweden with Mary B, and me N Lil Bit here in Harlingen, TX, I have some idle time. Not that I couldn't find plenty to do, but it wouldn't be things that are a real high priority to me at this time. I wish that I had taken the time to do this before we started our new adventure in 2006. Maybe I can fill in some of the blanks in future blogs, even though they won't be recent happenings. Should work, I hope!
The weather here at Tropic Winds RV Resort has been most enjoyable. We've been here since the first of the year, and will remain here at least until July. I may fly to Virginia to meet up with Ronnie when she returns and spend a couple of weeks with the family there. We're thinking about loading some select items into the GMC pickup, and driving it back here, making a few stops along the way. We'll see what works out best for us.
I'm going to sign off for now and see what this looks like on the internet! I hope to continue this on a regular basis, and include a few pictures, too. Haven't done that yet, either, so I'll just pick a couple at random to include in this post.

We're glad you and Aunt Ronnie are doing well, traveling, and enjoying retirement. We miss you both and know that you are most welcome to stop in anytime you're in NC!
